outfit of the day: black, blue and white too
I may have mentioned on my IG that I have been feeling very "Parisian" lately. This fall weather tends to make me reminisce. In the past, I looked to my Mom as a style icon. Her femininity always had a way of influencing me. She would always be putting on a bit of mascara over her bright blue eyes before heading out. Heaven forbid she ran into someone she knew. I know it’s not always necessary to "put on your face" as they say but taking pride in how you look IS.
I wanted to create a #ootd featuring some of the past but hinting on things to come. I am currently in love with dark blue in all shades. But the darker the better. Pairing dark blue with black may not agree with some (My Mom used to tell me I'd look like a bruise) but it is a beautiful combo practiced especially in Europe.
These faux leather zippered sneakers are right on trend! An instant staple piece to my wardrobe.

So earlier I mentioned things to come. My four year anniversary is this saturday! I am so thankful for my hubby and I cant wait to start another wonderful year with him. ♥
